I am smoker since 4-5 yrs. Now quitted. I hv no problem as such just want to know if any damage done can it be reversed by taking sm medication.PLease tell.

Dear lybrate user. You don't have to take any medicines. You quit smoking. Immediately your body starts repairing your longs and other organs. Let your body do it. In the meanwhile you can help enhance the process. Include good amount of fruits and fruit juices in your diet. Also make sure you do a lot of physical exercise and take part in outdoor games. Take care.
