Which Oil Is Best For Weight Loss?

Here are some oils which are well known to you:

1. Olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is one of the healthiest oil and is suitable for cooking in oven and frying and can be used as salad dressing. It helps in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels.

2. Canola oil: Canola oil provides mono-unsaturated fatty acids. It has high amount of omega-3 fatty acids because of its light flavor and high smoke point. It is one of the most adaptable cooking oil. It can be used for cooking, dressing, grilling, sauteing, etc.

3. Vegetable oil: Vegetable oil are fully loaded with trans fats which can raise the risk of cardio vascular disease it has very high level of omega-6 fatty acids. Our body needs omega-3 and omega-6 in 1: 1. People with high consumption of vegetable oil and their products are at risk for vitamin-e deficiency and other deficiencies.

4. Coconut oil: It is edible oil extracted from kernel of coconut. Because of it's high saturated fat content it is slow to oxidize. It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

When you quit your drinking habit I can assure you that you will lose weight in the bargain. Alcohol contains empty calories and can easily add to weight gain. It does not matter when you feel like drinking, as long as you need your drink. This could lead to increased tolerance levels so that over time you will need to drink more to get the same or greater effect. You need to identify why you need to drink, and go back into your childhood to find out other influences on your personality that makes you prone to addiction. Meet with an addiction counselor and work with them to sort out this drive. Your already display the classic tendency to first obsess about it and then compulsively feel driven to meet that need. The simplest thing to do is to do some other interesting activity during the evening times. Meet your oral need with some other non-intoxicating drink like soups, juices, and sodas with lime, etc. If you think that you will find it very difficult, then admit yourself to a hospital and go for de-addiction: which normally lasts for about two weeks. Then follow that up with addiction counseling from a professional for at least three years to completely get rid of the habit. If this is also not enough, then admit yourself into a de-addiction center and stay there for at least 6 months and after that attend counseling with a professional. There are medicines that help with the drinking just to ease the initial craving. Ultimately, it is your will power and the support that you receive from the medical fraternity and your close and dear ones. You must also learn to substitute and deal with the oral need, a rigid value system, the script issue, and of course look at all the genetic factors to plan a strategy not to get into what is called ‘cross addictions’ i.e. Another form of addiction that may appear alright but is in fact as bad as the primary addiction. The center or hospital and the counselor will advise and guide you on several measures and precautions you will need to take to stay with your resolve. Even after the rehabilitation you must attend AA meetings and continue this support for a long time. Your family will also need to attend some sessions and go for Al-anon meetings for their co-dependency issues. You cannot be treated in isolation because the family has gotten used to your drinking and have made some unhealthy adaptations to somehow cope. Make a serious plan with the family and whoever else’s support you can get and act on it fast. As a combination these two therapies (counseling and rehabilitation) will aid in dealing with the addiction. It will however take a long time to completely come off of the enslavement.

Start eating triphala churan in morning empty stomach, the quantity should be 5 grams and eat it with lukewarm water is this for 3 months regularly without fail and also start doing walk or at least 60 minutes a day.

Hello, The nutritional recommendations for weight control include the following: - Emphasize weight control by exercising daily and not taking in too many calories. - The bulk of your diet should consist of healthy fats (liquid vegetable oils such as olive, soy, mustard, sunflower, and peanut) and healthy carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain foods such as whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, and brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. - If both the fats and carbohydrates in your diet are healthy, you probably do not have to worry much about the percentages of total calories coming from each. - Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits (six to eight servings per day). - Eat moderate amounts of healthy sources of protein (nuts, legumes, fish, poultry, and eggs). - Limit dairy consumption—other than nonfat dairy products—to one to two servings a day. - Minimize the consumption of red meat, butter, refined grains (including white bread, white rice, and white pasta), potatoes, and sugar. - Lose weight slowly. Lose no more than one kilogram (2.2 pounds) per week. More rapid weight loss results in the loss of muscle tissue. If you sustain a mild caloric deficit, you will lose fat. You lose little muscle or water this way. The weight stays off better. When you lose muscle, your body’s metabolism slows. This reduces your need for food. When you go back on your normal diet, you gain weight rapidly because you no longer need as much food as before. - Stress a balanced diet. The diet should be relatively high in complex carbohydrates and low in fat. Create a caloric deficit by combining caloric restriction with more exercise. Take in enough protein to help control appetite and maintain your muscles’ needs. For active people, this is approximately 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight a day. You will lose muscle if you cut your calorie intake by too much, regardless of how much protein you take in. - Exercise is critical. It is recommended that you exercise moderately for one hour a day. For the average person, the best exercises for losing weight include running, walking, and cycling. Your metabolism increases both during and after exercise, which causes you to burn calories at a faster rate all day long. Also, exercise helps maintain muscle mass, which is crucial for maintaining metabolic rate. If you can maintain your muscle mass during weight loss, you will be much more likely to maintain your new weight. Stay healthy, Stay strong.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

At this age wlak, jog, run. Eat balanced food. Do kapal bhati for 10 minutes at least. Learn soorya namaskar. If you cant do these honestly, then resort to ayurveda medicine. Even then you will have to control food habits and do workout.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. Hi healthy weight loss can be achieved through a combination of lifestyle modification and dietary changes, both well balanced. Have more fibre rich foods, fruits and vegetables, eat pulses like sprouts, have daliya and whole wheat and bajra, jowar etc rather than refined foods. If nonvegetarian have only egg whites and tandoor form of chicken and fish.
