Are you experiencing flu-like symptoms such as night sweats, pain in your joints, a skin rash, a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes (glands) and/or continuing diarrhea? Those could be signs of a normal flu, but they could also point to an HIV infection. Within a few weeks of HIV infection, flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat and fatigue can occur. Then the disease is usually asymptomatic until it progresses to AIDS. AIDS symptoms include weight loss, fever or night sweats, fatigue and recurrent infections.

You r a very shallow thinker. vn d question is of obesity it's not about ur going bad with ur speech (may n important to ur profession) but it's about overall health of d body. so think dip about d root cause of d problem. Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan and visit a doctor too.

Do a health check ups. Along with this do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting and other building exercise. Take food more frequently with extra amount than before. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use whole cream milk. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use nuts, seeds. Add extr4a healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello lybrate-user, fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.

Although a desk job you have to take out time for some exercise. I know being a professional it is very difficult but nothing is impossible. You should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p. M. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Thank you for writing to us. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Cinnamon Tea - Directions for its use: Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day. OR -- Place green tea and ginger in a strainer or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steeping green tea for too long can leave it with a bitter taste, so don’t exceed 3-4 minutes. You can stir in a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach. For pimples: Apply some apple cider vinegar: Directions for use: Wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Warm water - a simple side effect free time tested remedy for weight loss. Have 2 liters of warm water in a day. My patients lose 4 to 5 kilograms in a span of two to three with just warm water! regarding blood and your heart beat I think these two are related as you are anemic. Dates, figs, raisins, sesame - these are natural sources of iron. Have any one of these daily. Also it is important that you consult a doctor to check your blood pressure and other vital parameters as soon as possible.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.
