Hello, you should build your stamina gradually. Also eating right foods before and after walking is important to have strength and loose weight. Excessive protein will not help in losing weight. Consult me further for proper diet plan.

Hello lybrate-user, You can easily reduce weight by following proper diet and exercise regime. You can do the following: 1. Exercise daily 2. Have a balanced diet 3. Eat more of fresh fruits and raw vegetables 4. Include more of fibres and less of fatty foods 5. Keep yourself hydrated 6. Try Yoga 7. The alcohol percentage also matters for the belly fat accumulation as alcohol provides 7 kcalories per 1 ml of it. So try to choose alcohol with lesser alcohol percentage and limit it to 200 ml per week instead of 400 ml.

For reducing your body fat thereby reducing tummy and face fat. 1.Small frequent meals 2.Avoid fried sweets and maida products. 3.Eat fruits and vegetables daily and in most of the meals 4.Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. 5. Excercise in any form like jogging walking sports dance for 20 to 30 minutes daily.

Everyone has different lifestyle and body. There is no fit for all diet chart. You need customized diet plan along with proper workout schedule. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. Yes. It wud have multiple bad effects as Carbohydrates are most essential food component and give us necessary energy to move and also important for metabolism. Protein you could increase quantity. Fiber is needed too but can never ever replace for carbs, veggies or minerals. Balanced diet is key to health.
