Please get a cbc done. Also blood smear for malarial parasite and a blood culture. It could be malaria or typhoid. Antibiotics or anti malarial treatment ay have to be started. Meanwhile, please give paracetamol only for fever and ors can be given for loose motions. It could simply be viral fever in which case ors will work. However, better to get the blood tests done to rule out any other infection. Best would be to visit a doctor who can examine her.
