It looks like you have vitamin d deficiency and anaemia. You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Shin pain after walking or running and minor pain in the calf muscles while walking is due to the low iron in the body. You need to take iron tablets or you can consume good diet for you to feel better.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness might have developed due to weakness of the ligaments &inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. You need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and general body pain. This therapy involves spreading a corticosteroid medicine on your skin and then using a device that delivers a low electrical charge to push the medication through your skin. •platelet-rich plasma injection. This type of injection has been tried in some people with chronic patellar tendon problems. Studies are ongoing. It is hoped the injections might promote new tissue formation and help heal tendon damage. •probably your stamina would've gone down due to over use of the joints and the metabolic activity is more due to running. It is important that you need to have movements in and around the knee so that the blood flow will not be disturbed. •knee ligament laxity•if you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. •wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs.•this is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! one time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.•legs becoming numb and also pain is there when the patient walks for 10-15 minutes?•it looks like you are anaemic. safe but 5ml once a day is enough if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine and tell till what time a supplement needs to be continued. but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the child which contains all the important nutrients and supplements. usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplements to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the quey. I have seen the details mentioned. My observations are as follows: 1)with a bmi (body mass index) of 29.29 kg/sq meter you are already in grade 1 obesity. Your ideal weight has to be < 60 kg. That means there is an excess of over 15 kgs. This can be the main reason for weakness. 2) hemoglobin should ideally be around 12 to 13 g/100 ml. That also is low, suggesting there is anemia. It is better to get a hemogram with peripheral smear done to see the size and shape of red blood cells. 3) tsh has to be maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l and t3 as well as t4 should be in the normal range. Tsh 7.8 mu/l suggests current dosage is inadequate. Needs to be increased and thyroid profile needs to be checked after 6 weeks to see if desired level is achieved. 4) there is a need to look at your dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise, because to remain healthy these two aspects along with proper weight maintenance are equally important. If you have any questions please do come back. There is a need for iron, b12, folic acid & vitamin d & c supplement. Hello. Constipation can be a side effect due to iron supplements. You can take vitamin c tablet along with iron tablet. Actually it is recommended to take iron supplement along with vitamin c tablet as vitamin c helps in absorption of iron. So you can easily take vitamin c tablet along with the iron tablet. Make sure you drink enough water (about 6-7 glasses) daily. It'll help with your constipation issue. Thank you. Stay safe stay healthy.
