Hi. Fasting normal bld sugar is between 70 to 110. your sugar level is somewhat high. Follow diabetic diet. Avoid carbohydrate rich n fatty foods like rice, potatoes, bakery products, fast foods like pizza burger etc. Do brisk walking exercise. U can add flaxseed (aalsi) to your diet. Flaxseed oil is good for heart n joints n it also helps in lowering blood sugar n chlesterol.
