Hello the antral gastritis usually can lead to epigastric pain which responds to h2 receptor blockers or ppi group of drugs and will usually resolve in time. Avoid spicy food coffee and ensure correct timing food. Avoid alcohol and smoking. The history of disease given by you is inadequate. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
