Dear doctors if I do 1 masturbation then how much energy I loss? I want how much energy I loss I know masturbation is...
Masturbation can be extremely beneficial to your health and well-being. It doesn't just feel good, it has other benefits too that can vastly improve your health and life. Here are some reasons why you should masturbate regularly: 1. It boosts your mood Masturbating releases the hormones oxytocin and dopamine, which improve your mood and give you a natural high. It helps you relax and decreases your stress and anxiety levels. 2. Helps you sleep Having an orgasm relaxes you physically and mentally, relieves tension and makes you feel satisfied due to the lowering of blood pressure and the release of endorphins. This helps you fall asleep faster and sleep better. 3. Lesser junk food cravings The release of oxytocin makes us feel happier, lowering emotionally triggered food cravings, which help you make better food choices and avoid unhealthy and fattening 'comfort' food. 4. Relieves cramps Masturbation can help relieve menstrual cramps. It increases blood flow to your pelvic region and hence eases pain, cramps and backaches. 5. Helps cure urinary tract infection in women Those suffering from utis can get relief by masturbating as it flushes out bacteria from the cervix. 6. Prevents prostate cancer Masturbation flushes out the toxin build-up in the urogenital tract, making men who ejaculate frequently three times less likely to develop prostate cancer. 7. May get rid of restless leg syndrome People who suffer from restless leg syndrome feel a constant need to move their limb, which may cause leg pain and cramps. A publication in 'sleep medicine', a medical journal suggests that sex and masturbation may help relieve symptoms of rls. 8. Boosts your immunity and general health Ejaculation in males triggers the release of cortisol, a stress hormone. Although stress inducing, experts believe that small doses of this hormone help build your immunity. In women, masturbation is known to improve cervical and cardiovascular health while also reducing the risk of type-2 diabetes. 6 Common myths on masturbation busted! Although a very normal physical function, masturbation (the touching of your genitals and other erogenous zones to induce sexual pleasure) has certain taboos attached to it. This natural sexual practice has given birth to all kinds of myths which stops people from indulging in this form of self-pleasure. Here are some of the most common misconceptions and the truths behind them. 1. Myth: Masturbation makes you go blind Fact: Masturbation cannot make you blind. Studies conducted on this point of contention haven’t been able to find a link between masturbation and blindness. On the contrary, these researches have gone on to reveal that individuals who masturbate 4 times daily or more for years haven’t been found to suffer from any diseases attributed to masturbation, including blindness. 2. Myth: It can cause you to suffer from erectile dysfunction Fact: Erectile dysfunction refers to the inability to maintain or get an erection during intercourse. The causes of this sexual dysfunction are varied, but masturbation doesn’t figure in the list of causes. What really happens is that when you masturbate repeatedly, you become used to your own touch or to a certain kind of sensation. As a result, you may find it difficult to have orgasms with your partner. 3. Myth: Masturbation doesn’t provide any long-term health benefits Fact: Many experts believe that masturbation can be good for your health. Some of the health benefits that it provides include improved concentration levels and better sleep. It also helps in relieving stress and headaches as your body releases endorphins (brain chemicals), which give you a sense of well-being. Apart from that, masturbating regularly ensures better fitness levels and a youthful appearance in men. For women, it offers certain sexual health benefits such as less pain during sexual intercourse. This happens due to the interaction between brain receptors and the endorphins, which help in reducing your perception of pain. Furthermore, it can even reduce vaginal dryness. 4. Myth: Children do not masturbate Fact: Masturbation is a normal childhood habit, wherein young children discover the private parts of their bodies and the feelings of pleasure that arise from this activity. Most children begin to play with their private parts by about 5-6 years of age. A child can masturbate once a week or several times a day. There are even researches out there that show male foetuses masturbating in the womb. 5. Myth: There’s no limit to how much you can masturbate Fact: According to the American Psychological Association, you should stop masturbating if it affects your daily life; causes emotional problems or physical soreness; disrupts your relationship with your partner or makes you unable to have orgasms from the stimulation that you experience with your partner. Otherwise, the frequency of masturbating can vary from individual to individual. If you masturbate a number of times in a day and still lead a healthy and satisfying life, you have nothing to worry about. 6. Myth: People in relationships do not masturbate Fact: Whether you’re single or in a relationship, masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that you can engage in to fulfil your sexual desires. Studies show that masturbation is a very common behaviour; about 92% of men and 62% of women masturbate. Sometimes, couples also engage in masturbation together as part of their sexual activity.

I am a 44 years old male. Married with two children. I generally keep good health and I am of an average built. Mostly exercising outdoors (cardio.) sometimes, when I am unable to exercise due to work pressures or travel - I tend to gain weight. I had met with a bike accident 2 years back and had a minor ligament tear near my left knee. Due to which, I was not able to exercise for a year or so. Now, since last 1 year, I am exercising again but am not very regular and that too for 30-45 mins maximum 3-4 days a week. I eat moderately - regular home cooked meal, some times junk food. But mostly home cooked. I am into business and guess I remain stressed mentally, financially and emotionally. I have started gaining weight all over again. I am all of 170 cms and around 76 kgs. Earlier I use to maintain myself (while gymming) between 68-72 kgs. According to me - I should be under 70 kgs at my height and age. Please advice - my 45 mins of cardio and some amount of dieting are not deriving desired results. Looking forward to hearing from you soon best wishes & warm regards nishchal singh mumbai - 65 ## mobile.

No, cardio is not good for you because of your knee problem. First of all you should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (30 mins after taking your thyroid medicine). 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life styleeating every 2 hours increases basal metabolic rate also. If you follow this over a period of time you will see that your intake of food has decreased now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. Other days you can do cardio exercises like yoga, cycling, swimming etc. For further details on type of exercise, how to do n what to eat before n after exercise you can consult me.

You have very high uncontrolled diabetes and need perfect control for troublefree life. The number of people with diabetes is increasing incredibly rapidly and is heading towards 500 million. This is a world epidemic. Those affected by the most common form of diabetes (type 2) normally never regain their health. Instead, we take for granted that they’ll become a little sicker for every year that goes by. With time they need more and more drugs. Yet, sooner or later complications emerge. Blindness. Dialysis due to faulty kidneys. Dementia. Amputations. Death. Common symptoms of diabetes: excessive thirst and an abnormally high urine production. This is because periodically blood sugar is so high (above 15 mmol/l or 270 mg/dl) that it leaks out into the urine pulling fluid from the body, which increases thirst blurry vision is also common. All the sugar makes the lens in the eye swell and you will become more nearsighted fatigue with type 1 diabetes, you may inexplicably lose weight and your breath may smell of acetone (nail polish remover) however, please note that with milder forms of diabetes you often don’t notice anything. Still, all that sugar in the blood may gradually damage your body. A normal blood sugar level is up to 6 mmol/l (108 mg/dl) fasting, or up to 8.7 mmol/l (156 mg/dl) after a meal a marginally elevated blood sugar level may indicate prediabetes above 7.0 mmol/l (126 mg/dl) fasting, or 12.2 (220) after a meal, indicates that you have type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is by far the most common form (around 90% of all cases) and the one which is increasing the most. It primarily affects overweight people in middle age or later. It’s not uncommon for the affected person to also have a high blood pressure and an abnormal lipid profile. Gestational diabetes is a temporary special case of type 2 diabetes. In type 2 diabetes the body has an increasingly harder time to handle all the sugar in the blood. Large amounts of the blood sugar-lowering hormone insulin are produced, but it’s still not enough, as insulin sensitivity decreases. At the time of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, people usually have ten times more insulin in their bodies than normal. 2 as a side effect, this insulin stores fat and causes weight gain, something that has often been in progress for many years before the disease was diagnosed. Type 1 diabetes (juvenile-onset diabetes) primarily affects children and young adults. People who get type 1 diabetes are often of normal weight. In the months prior to being diagnosed they have usually lost weight inexplicably. Type 1 diabetes is caused by death of most of the body’s insulin-producing cells (from an unknown cause). Severe deficiency in insulin causes high blood sugar and rapid weight loss. Treatment primarily consists of administering the insulin you don’t make with insulin injections. In addition, a diet that doesn’t raise blood sugar dramatically facilitates getting stable and normal blood sugar. You need a total check up before doing anything. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolized to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose – smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs), & hba1c (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & lifestyle. For diabetes, hypertension (high bp) and much long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one-time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in a scientifically & medically correct manner. Forgiving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. Migraine is very well treated by classical homeopathic treatment we need complete history of patients both mental and physical emotional symptoms are very much needed to prescribe any medical advice or treatments so better consult online with details with me cure for sure till then stay healthy. The cause of migraines is not yet known. It is suspected that they result from abnormal activity in the brain. This can affect the way nerves communicate as well as the chemicals and blood vessels in the brain. Emotional triggers: Stress, depression, anxiety, excitement, and shock can trigger a migraineMigraine is curable. Based on further analysis of these concepts, it may be that migraine is a potentially curable disorder or disease, or at least one that can be controlled to such an extent as to prevent its acute genesis and chronic progression to the point that it no longer becomes clinically symptomatic. Migraine has long been considered a painful condition that affects quality of life but is not otherwise dangerous. A number of case-control and cohort studies, however, indicated that migraineurs, particularly those with aura, have a higher risk of ischemic but not hemorrhagic stroke.

Causes: Atopic dermatitis is also known as eczema. It's a chronic skin condition that causes dry scaly patches to appear on your skin. It's common among young children. Other conditions, such as psoriasis and type 2 diabetes, can also cause your skin to dry out. Suggestion: Always wash your face with warm water then rinse with cold water. It opens your pores then closes then again. Moisturize afterwards. Buy coconut oil. Apply it every night before you go to bed for it will make your skin smooth, remove dry skin and make pimples smaller.

Dear Afsal, Panazep, paxidep and tryptomer 10 are NOT the reason for your low sperm count. There will be other reasons for it like hormonal problems, diabetes, bp, cholesterol disturbances. Please go to doctor and get them checked and treated. Since 3 years are you sexually ok? If you have problems with erection, it may be due to these tablets. You need to talk to the doctor about it and change to other antidepressants without erection problems. If you lose interest in sex, it may be because of your panic attacks due to depression. It needs better treatment with antidepressants for some more time. BP, cholesterol, hiatus hernia, infertility, etc are lift style disorders needing lifestyle changes.
