Hello, Thanks for the query. I am a bit surprised at the question. Please tell me who has asked you to use only olive oil? In India how many of us can afford that? In fact it is always said a ble of oils like sunflower, saflwer oil, peanut oil, soyabean oil, coconut oil and corn oil all are good. Olive oil is good for salads but rarely used for cooking. So using a blen of different oils is better. Thanks.
