Its more important to avoid using the mobile for long intervals at night as it may be harmful for the eyesight ! ( especially if it used in low light .) The best remedy is to have ample amount of sound and undisturbed sleep at night for at least 8- 10 hours. You can also take a 30-45 mins nap after your lunch. So, don't let your brother keep up till late. Ask him to go to bed befroe 10 pm. Reduce your screen time (computer, phone TV etc.) Wash your eyes with cold water for 5-10 mins after waking up in the morning. Then wash your face with tea tree facewash. Follow with a soothing toner like rose water. Use Kojic Acid based cream below eyes for at least 4 months to help lighten your dark circles.
