How many calories a day is safer for me as I am 6 feet and 65 kg and when I consume more calorie I have some digestive and gas issue and o really want to sort it out so pls help me thnx .I xpct a quick reply.

Please Basic principles is. Keep your stomach slightly empty always You can not measure calories each time Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food Take salads and fruits more Go for morning and evening walk daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily.
