Hello I just got engaged 4 months back after a month when I started speaking to my fiancee liquid like thing I guess its sperm in smaller drop comes out I feel awkward when it comes out, during the day when I speak to her only one or few drop comes out but during the night a little more in small quantity. What am is suppose to do. Am I fine. Is it all okie to leak when you speak with your girl. Please help.
