Hi Is there any remedy or exercise to gain only facial mass not body mass. My younger sister wants to gain mass in face only. Her body is already overweight but facial mass is a concern. Please advise.

Hi lybrate-user, Whatever we consume ,is absorbed in blood and utilize by our whole body thus we will see difference in facial mass only after gaining 3-4 kg body weight. To gain only facial mass, regular facial massage (of 20 minute, just prior going to bed) with freshly cut Aloe vera gel (according to skin type ,you can add drops of lemon juice or badam oil) will help. As it is very rich in antioxidant and carries very good hydrating capacity. It will leave your skin soft, chubby with even tone. You will see the results in a week only.
