Dear Chaitanya Sugar of 220 is quite high and she should be on medications. Tell her to avoid all processed and refined food like bread biscuits etc. Minimal carbohydrates should be taken. Add good fats to diet like ghee butter eggs. Daily resistance exercises at home even for 15 mts brings down sugars. Good sleep and meditation helps a lot.
