For e.g I have a desk job and in the last 2 year ,my weight has gone up from 75 kg to 85 kg. Want to lose weight. please help.

mam you should exercise daily at least for one hour, avoid junk food, take warm water with lemon early in the morning before going to toilet, eat a lots of salad with food, drink plenty of water daily at least 3-5 litres.. thank you for more details kindly consult me in private..
