Hi Sir/madam I have a problem in sleeping. I tried alot to sleep on time but I couldn't make it possible. I sleep around 3-4 am and that's why problem to wake up on time. Can you suggest me any home remedies or trick to sleep on time. I really mean it.?

Go for walk in morning do some exercise your total tea intake should not exceed 2 cups no coffee or colas no afternoon nap early dinner warm cup of milk at bed time switch off tv mobile and all screens one hour before you sleep get your blood pressure checked don't expect resulted before 2-3 weeks.
