Hi. I am 36. I like to play badminton. And play regularly. But yesterday I got my left leg stretched. Its not in knees. And not on ankle. Lower knee part. I think its muscle pain. Can you please advice wat treatment I shd take at home.

ice pack. tk muscle relaxant medicine after food. avoid strain till relief. rest must

Take rest for some days, don't play badminton for 4 to 5 days and immobilize knee joint and you need some medicine and ointment, it's a normal phenomena, get well soon.

Please take rest for a while and avoid badminton playing for a week or so. Take Mag phos 6x - thrice daily 4 tabs for next 7 days Do hot and cold compresses alternately. Do not stand/sit for too long at a stretch.
