A healthy diet and regular exercise is important when someone is trying to concieve. Weekly fasts should not be a problem as long as you are consuming regular meals (even in the form of milk and fruits) through out the day. Make sure you add regular gentle exercise like walking to your routine and practice mediation as that helps decrease the stress levels increasing the chances of conceiving. All the best!
