Hello Doctor! Will having 5-6 idli in dinner twice or thrice in a week, increase weight? To lose weight, I have cut rice from my meals. Will eating rice twice a week affect the weight loss diet?

Hello Trimaya increase in weight occur when you don't do physical work so after your dinner you take walk for at least 30 min n cut off 2idlies from your dinner n add salad. u can ask for further information
