My penis foreskin is attached to glans penis and it doesn't go back fully when erect. Suggest me something other than circumcision.

Hello friend This problem is called phimosis. In management aspect there is much patiens you have to bear. Circumcising is the process you can easily. Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops secondary to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like Mercurius iod. Sulphur, acid-nit, op Jacaranda, Cinnabaris, Hepar-sulph, Can notharis, Thuja etc which can help such cases. The same group of medicines is often useful in cases of paraphimosis.

At your age, the only option other than circumcision is 'patience'. Unless there is pain during sexual intercourse or pain during masturbation or repeated infections you may avoid circumcision.  You can opt for lubrication but that won't help the foreskin get back without pain. For details consult a urosurgeon

Tight Fore skin / Phimosis:
Try to dilate the foreskin. Apply Lignocaine gel and try.
If you fail, undergo Circumcision surgery
