Hi I'm just 18 years old and my hairs are turning white. Is it possible to restore my hair color into black? If not is it possible to stop other hairs from turning white? I used to eat white chalk pieces. But I stopped eating white chalk pieces. Eating white chalk pieces can be a reason for white hair? None of my relations, parents had premature white hair. So I think this is due to some vitamins problem. I really need your help doctor. Please answer me in detail.

White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common.
