I feel I am not able to hear properly. I feel that I hear my voice louder than the others. Please help.

Obviously! Your own voice has an additional pathway through your own skeletal system by bone conduction and via your eustachian tubes reaches your eardrum & ossicles whereas all other sounds have to reach external ear and through 2.4 cm of external auditory canal to finally reach your eardrums.
