Hi, basic skin type of any person can be different, as per his or her life style, use of external applications, food, etc. So oil free skin is not possible but you can balance oil secretion by doing following changes
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Take all seasonal fruits, vegetables salads
3. Avoid using creams on your face, rather use lotion during winters
4. Take proper night's sleep 5. Do breathing and physical exercises for 30-40 mins daily
6. Avoid fried food, junk food and excessive sweets and chocolates.
