I have eye power -0.75 spherical. And I want to know that should I wear my glasses for all time? If not then when should I wear it ?should I wear it when I am doing laptop work or should I wear during using my phone?

hello a. you can wear glasses all time b. power of glasses is small....if you have no headache or visula problems then you may avoid them

You are myopic by -0.75 D both eyes ,it means minor short sighted ,you need not wear eye glasses all the time, you just need use glasses for distant objects eg watching TV & in class room for seeing clearly written on black board, you can read & write without glasses, at present there is lots of pollution every where so you can use lubricating eye drops 3-4 times a day ,
