I have a heavy dandruff and hair loss. There is an aching scalp and scalp is been dig up while scratching with hand and small amount of blood will also come. I tried several ways but the problem still persists. Right now I am not using coconut oil in my hair due to tendency of scratching is high. Please help me in finding a good solution for this heavy dandruff (literally scalp digup).
