Hi my spouse is suffering from early internal hemorrhoids and some times she had pains. I want to know will there be any problems to her due to having sex with me I mean will it hurt her.

Heamorrhoids or internal piles happens large due to constipation and absence of fibre in diet, she should not have problems during sex bcz of this ,but sometimes an aggressive sexual act can cause pressure on her rrctum and which in turn can induce pain and bleeding during sexual intercourse, so suggest her to take plenty of water to drink along with roughage or fibre diet. She may even use softowac powder before going to sleep in night for smooth bowels and no pain.
