I am male 32 years old I have a urinary tract infection from last 10 years I have to take antibiotic regularly and I have to change my antibiotic after 15-20 days otherwise medicine dont work so suggest me what to do?

Dear , if you have recurrent infection then one has to find out underlying cause which predispose you to infection like diabetes, bladder outlet obstruction or stone. I am sure someone must have usg done and if not then get usg with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full bladder and post-void residual urine volume measurement and post it here along with pictures.
