Hello doctor. I wanted to reduce weight fast, like 15kgs in one month. So i'm following this diet early morning 500 ml of luke warm water with lemon, breakfast: 3 idlis with sambar, lunch: 2 full eggs and in snacks popcorn (very rarely) or juice without sugar dinner veg salad or fruits and i workout in morning 1 hour (includes walking, climbing stairs) and evening 2 hours (includes walking, aerobics) I want to know whether this will be able to help me out for extreme weight loss. Please help.
