I am 35 years old male, I don't smoke, I used to take alcohol often moderate, I don't have sugar, bp, cholesterol, my bmi is normal, I have sometimes chest pain doctors said its costochondritis, my echo shows grade 1 MVP, my thread mill test are normal, then what is the reason for my chest pain, do I actually have heart problem.

Sometimes due to gastric problems there would be pain in chest region.take proper sleep 6-7 hours.walking or exercise should be in your regular routine.anulom vilom pranayam will be very beneficial for this.

Acidity or gas could be one reason, eating late night and not excercising could be another, sometimes its bcz of muscle pain or chest congestion too, suggest take some antacid and do regular excercises, and eat atleast 2 to 3 hours before sleep and take light meals in dinner.
