Dear lybrateuser, - Avoid exposure to cold weather, dust, cold fluids - have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - do steam inhalation twice a day - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - take tab Paracetamol, 1 tab if pain is more.
