As we know sugar is not at all good for health. But having one or two cups of tea or cifee is advisable either with milk or without milk. It will rejuvenate you as it neutralize the free radicals with antioxidants and so you feel freshened or energetic. But all these happens if the tea or coffee is pure and free from adulteration. And milk is one of the best and complete food that everyone should include in their diet either plain or mixed with tea or coffee, again subject to the purity of milk.

Hi You can take 2 - 3 cups of coffee a day with milk and sugar if you're not a diabetic. Some research says that it lowers the risk of developing certain liver diseases which is a good news for coffee lovers.

One should understand that tea and coffee or any other so called healthy drinks cannot replace the food and essential nutrients required by the body. Wether you have tea or coffee and with milk or without milk is completely your choice based on your taste and likings. Please restrict them to a few cups in a day. Avoid milk and sugar if you do not like the taste or if you want to reduce the calories.
