Dear Roopa many times bone weight is more...undue weight loss is not good for d body...we r Indians...our climate is made up fr a typical stature...loosing weight more than normal leads to joint pains, weakness etc... kindly consult me, know where u r going wrong...do d needful corrections...n wait..nature will do d rest...that will be ur ideal weight...

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Take sound sleep. Avoid junk and fast food.
