First of all, I developed chest pain with heartburn in 2015 and doctor told it's GERD and anxiety. I used to take medicines for it. Then I recovered for at least six months. Again it I was same situation in 2016. Again I got medicines and recovered. Today, I am though the same. While feeling breathless. Usually it happened in even hours. I feel urge of dying when I was returning to room from the office. It seems a sudden outbursts. I recognized feeling stomach squeezing tight at times, burning sensation, and something moving in my body especially stomach (the feeling when ant moves on your body) I also had feet burning and burning sensation in my urine and seems a sex loss at times. Please help me in this regard.

U might be suffering from anxiety. Learn to take life easy. Reduce work pressure. Exercise/ Jog 30 minutes everyday. Drink plenty of fluids.

Dear lybtateuser, - For your problem of GERD & anxiety along with the medication & even after stopping the medication you have to regularly follow some dietary precautions to prevent it in future: - chew your food well, avoid spicy, fried, sour & junk food, restrict intake of tea/ coffee to 1-2 cups per day, have snacks in between meals if you feel hungry, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion & preventing burning sensation in urine - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones.
