With a BMI of 27 you are a little overweight ( desired wt.69kg). Brisk walk,aerobic exercises & abdominal extension exercises for 45 min are good to start. Avoid deep fried food.Take plenty of salad ,green veg and fresh fruits.Gradually you will get the target.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday.
