I have a third molar wisdom teeth problem, do I extract it or still continue with the same? It is not giving me any pain now.

The pain is not the only criteria for a tooth to be extracted. You need to show me an Iopa (x ray of the tooth). Also the tooth may be impinging on second molar which might compromise the health of second molar. So extraction of third molar should be weighed upon its benefits against keeping this tooth in the oral cavity.
