I am 23 years old male, I have intense itching in the inner thigh folds, buttocks,groin, that are worsening more over a period of 2-3 months. There is also dryness of the skin on affected areas. I applied topical antifungal but there is no benefit, also after taking hot water bath my whole body itches and then within a couple of minutes it subsides. Kindly suggest me a remedy for my problem.
