My son is 25 yrs. He is not getting sleep at night. He gets sleep only after 4 am or even late. He sleeps till 12 pm next day. How can I regulate his sleep.

Whole of the current generation have this habit. It's very little you can do. But I can suggest, that you wake him up every day at 11 am, then after few days at 10, then at 9 and finally at 6 am. This way you can reverse his sleeping cycle. But basically your son seems to be worrying a lot. If he needs your advise, then ask him to do yogasans and pranayam.
