My sister .she is 30 years old. Since last 1 Year she is suffering from ulcerative colitis. Her ulcerative colitis treatment going on with gastrantologist .she is taking mesacol 1200 mg tablet OD .but now a days she is suffering from tooth pain. On 20 December 2016 her root canal done by dentist. But problem is Dr. was confused about painkillers .so he discussed with gastrantologist. He recommend tramadol 50 mg. But my sister not getting pain relief. Even dentist has not given antibiotics due to her ulcerative colitis problem. My question is which painkillers she should take and any antibiotics in such case?
