Avoid cafeniated drink tea, coffee,Coco, thuumps up. Etc after 4 pm. Do not use electronic gadgets 1hourbefore sleep. No smoking, alcohol, or tobacco chewing. Have adequate dinner. Walk or gym or yoga orexcercise daily. Have a warm bath and one glass of warm milk one hour before sleep. Contact for further guidelines if required. All the best.
