Hello, symptoms of brain tumors are different according to different location of the tumor in the brain. Some may have hearing difficulty, blurring of vision, head ache, difficulty talking etc. Brain tumors are not usually caused by the reasons which you mentioned in your question. It may increase the problem if there is existing tumor. Stress is known to case brain stroke which usually affects one side of the body which may be called as paralysis.
