Dear doc I am really confused I have a problem in my testicles and bladder. I have a weird feeling and burning sensation in my testicles. Sometimes it become loose and hanging. There is burning sensation from testicles to bladder and penial too. While urination I have a strange feeling. Due to this I feel backbone pain. There is strange oily smell while urinating. I tried to many doctors some doctors said that its just uti or cystitis. And some says you have hydrocyls. And recently I met with sexologist. He said to me that I have a that problem and I am losing dhat through my urine. I am really tensed. Which one doc is true and right now I can not decided what to do and really in depression. Unmarried No sexual or physical relationship till date One or two times masturbation in a month (rarely) No cigarette tobacco and alcohol consumption Low pleasure in masturbation After drinking water or any liquid feel urinated soon My latest urine report as Wbc 2-3/hpf Epithelial 1-2/hpf And rest others nil This problem is happening from 6-7 months. Sometimes it recovered automatically and again happened. Am just worried about my sexual power and penis length. Plzz guide me.

According to the urine report you have tstated there is no evidence of a Urinary tract infection. Also your sexolgists advice that you are loosing dhat from Urine is incorrect. Please check his qualifications. You do not have any evidence of hydrocele as hydrocele causes swelling of the scrotum. If concerned you can do a Sonography to rule out the possibility. When sexually not aroused the testicles often hang loosely. Let them be! Your backache may be due to postural problems or due to sexual arousal. I would advise you to drink plenty of water and shift your focus away from your penis and scrotum to your work. Everything seems fine. Ake sure you drink plenty of water.
