It is common to get sun burn on prolong exposure to uv rays. Always prevention is better than cure. I suggest avoid sun exposure between 10 a. M. And 4 p. M. Wear tightly woven clothing that covers you, including your arms and legs. Consider wearing clothing or outdoor gear specially designed to provide sun protection. No matter what your skin type is, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an spf of 15 or greater. Wear sunglasses when outdoors. Homoeopathy recommendation: apply berberis aquifolium-q externally to your face, silicea 6x 4 tab/daily thrice for a month, acid nitric 30- 6 pills/daily thrice for a month.
