Nightmares bad swapna are effects of continous thinking of mind in sleep you need to calm your mind by changes in your diet and few ayurvediy medications. Eat simple home made satwik food only avoid tamas rajas food like nonveg bakery products western food etc for more details medications consult privetly.

Dear lybrate-user Make sure you are eating early dinner, chewing food properly, drinking enough water. Take a bath before sleep and make sure you bed, chaddar are fresh. Undigested food, heavy food, unclean body and bed can cause nightmares. Regards.
