Yes moderate Mr. can be treated very well depending on the symptoms of patient, in case there is beathlessnes or chest pain, nitrates and diuretics would be prescribed, beta blockers can also be given moderate Mr. can be controlled easily by medical management a detailed history of patient is required before starting him with medications do not go for ayurvedic, baba ramdev will worsen the case.

There is no Ayurvedic way to treat a anatomical issue like this. Patient should be stabilised with medications and if fits in criteria for surgery, should get that done.
