From last 3-4 months I am getting cramps in leg on daily basis and wake up at night due to pain. After pain, I stand up and the pain then disappears. Please suggest medicine or exercise or precautions required to avoid cramps.

Hello, Check your blood sugar levels. Drink lots of water at least 3 liter/day. Keep 2 pillows under your feet while sleeping, this might help you. If no effect in 10-15 days, treatment can be taken.
