I am planning to have a Banana Fasting for 10 days that is to have only Banana i.e. 12-15 banana a day and a glass of Milk for the whole Day. I am doing this for a weight loss and Detoxification of my body. Kindly Advise me for the same.

Please No need to do such things For detoxification, take plenty of water daily Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Go for morning walk in greenery daily till good sweating These points will keep you healthy and in optimum weight.
