Sex related I am married since 2 years. While having sex I feel more confident with a condom on which I wish to stop using now as both of us don't want. But the issue is my foreskin of penis doesn't go back properly because of which it hurts and even if I try it loses the hardness because of that distraction phase. Please suggest me remedy using which I can have proper sex without using a condom. Foreskin issue here is important to be resolved. Got all my sex related tests done. They are very much normal. Please advise if at all if have to go for surgery how safe or how complicated it is. Warm regards.

Try to retract the foreskin carefully and if the foreskin is completely retractable then, do this exercise put 3 to 4 drops of coconut oil and retract the foreskin fuly and then close again then retract again, do this daily morning ams night for 20 to 25 times each and after 15 to 20 days if your foreskin is not becoming loose or the condition is same then circumcision is the only option, thank you.

1)Instead of condom, you ca use vaginal pessary like Today ( if you want to avoid pregnancy ) or put intrauterine device which will protect for 3 year and even longer, based on the device . It is safe and painless 2) foreskin has to be circumcised
