Which toothpaste is best to be used. Colgate, pepsodent, patanjali, sensodine, meswakh, or other one.

Hi, You can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums. Regards

Any toothpaste is fine if you brush twice daily by proper method. Fluoridated tooth paste as it helps in preventing decay of tooth. Avoid sensitivity toothpaste if you don't have sensitivity.

All are good depends on your choice and amount of money you want to spend, but its the tooth brush which matters the most get a soft brush with a small head, and discard it once the bristles starts to fray, usually will last 3-4 mos.

Use colgate or pepsodent twice daily to clean your teeth.
Any toothpaste will perform well if you follow proper brushing techniques. Otherwise any toothpaste will lead to wear of enamel. So try to learn good brushing technique which suits you.
