Iam (27) my health problem is basically I am an anxious and tense guy from childhood now when ever I am feeling tense or anxious my bp levels are fluctuating like 110/60 or 100/60 like that, I am suffering from ocd from 2103 taken nexito plus tabs for 4 months and got rashes on foot and discontinued them please advice me what to do now whether to take them or to take salt contents high diet .please answer to my query.

YOur BP is in normal range and for anxiety you need medication or try natural anxiety control methods. Meditate and do yoga.
