I am 62 years old male. I eat my breakfast @8 am lunch @1 pm and dinner@8 pm. Between meals I get pain signals and I have to eat some things and pain signal disappears. Secondly after meals I feel heavy. Please kindly advice what is wrong.

Dear lybrate-user, Do drink plenty of warm water through out the day. When "in between meals" time and you get hunger pangs, eat fruit, any of your choice, This is healthy. Remember, at 61, the digestive capability of the body has reduced. So you have to revise the choice of foods. Take more fresh vegetables and reduce dependency on grains (wheat, rice). Reduce oily, spicy and heavy foods that are acidity and gas causing foods. Balance food intake with as much output you have. Regards.
